The combination base is screwed on and can be fitted continuously in the corners without cutting through the plastic angle.

For corners, notch the MDF part with a 90 degree mitre. After heating, carefully bend the plastic.
Separate the MDF from the plastic at visible ends by the thickness of the material. After heating, bend the overhanging PVC part by 90 degrees to cover the MDF face.
