General information:

The steinfix edging profile enables quick, clean and concrete-free edging - ideal for professional horticulture.

Installation without mesh (steinfix straight, steinfix round):

1. Preparation of the bedding
   Create a grit or sand bed in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
2. Positioning the profile
   Place the steinfix edging profile in the desired position.
3. Fixing the profile
   Fasten the profile with approx. 4-6 nails per bar until it is firmly and immovably in place.
4. Laying the tiles
   Lay the covering slabs - directly against the profile.
5. Vibrating the covering
   Vibrate the finished covering right up to the edge - the clean finish is complete.

Installation with mesh (steinfix mesh):

1. Preparation of the bedding
   Create a grit or sand bed in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
2. Positioning the profile
   Lay the steinfix profile with mesh slightly offset to the end edge (slightly too far inwards) - the profile can only be pulled, not pushed, during fine adjustment.
3. Laying the slabs
   The slabs are laid directly onto the mesh. As soon as the tiles are in place, the profile is automatically stabilised - without any additional fixing.
4. Levelling the covering
   Shake the finished covering down to the edge - the profile remains securely in position.
