Launching of the steinfix net welding robot

“Good things take time.” This is also the case with our steinfix net automation. After intensive efforts, it is with great pleasure that we can now celebrate the functioning of our "Roberta" in day-to-day operation. In addition to technical skills, an enormous amount of commitment and perseverance, as well as belief in a better solution, were necessary for the system to function correctly.

The machine is a long-awaited support to ensure the production capacity of steinfix net. Up until recently, the net was personally welded to our steinfix edge trims. The machine welding of the much sought-after steinfix net edge trim takes a lot of pressure off our production. "Roberta" bundles the profiles and stretches and stacks the bundles. As a result, our maintenance and development team improved the welding.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the persons involved. In keeping with the net theme, the staff were presented with a wonderful cake (Linzertorte with net decoration) and creative card.
