Wall formwork with iron penetration

The wall shuttering panels are the efficient solution for shuttering with iron penetration. For common wall thicknesses and iron diameters, vertical concrete stages can be realised in an uncomplicated way.

The PE panels, which are lined up in rows, form a clean shuttering surface and allow the connecting bars to be easily pushed through without subsequent foaming.

The small panels do not stick to the concrete and can be removed effortlessly by hand from between the reinforcing bars.

Single

Line up the panels in advance on two guide boards and nail them to the guide board on both sides.
Alternatively: stack the panels direct vertically against a guide board and nail them in place.
After removing the guide board, the panels fall out virtually by themselves.
